About Abigail

Hi! I'm someone who has always loved working with kids and being part of their learning and growth. I have a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education (WSU 2026!), and I've had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings and age groups. I've taught gifted education from 1st through 8th grade and worked in an elementary school supporting children from preschool through 5th grade. I currently work at a Montessori school, which has given me even more experience creating a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment for children. I like to think that I am patient and caring, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and figuring out what helps them learn best. My goal is always to make learning feel comfortable, engaging, and rewarding. I'm also First Aid and CPR trained, and I take the safety and well-being of the children I work with very seriously.
