About Abigail

Hi! I'm Abigail, a 20-year-old Early Education major at Portland State University. I have several years of experience working with children through Outdoor School, where I supervised and taught students about nature, and as a summer camp counselor working with kids ages 4-15. These experiences helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. I love working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. Whether it's helping with homework, doing crafts, playing games, reading stories, or spending time outdoors, I enjoy keeping kids engaged and having fun. I'm reliable, responsible, and passionate about child development and education. My goal is to become a teacher, so I love gaining experience working with children and supporting families.
