About Abigail

I can testify about Ms. Abigail and the qualifications she posted here on Care dot com. Her extensive experience was obvious to me (including: nursing, the ICU, then ER, 17 years in the Operating Room in Saudi Arabia, certifications both in BLS and ACLS, instinctive nursing assessment and management, ability to anticipate the patient's needs, skills in geriatric care, skills as a caregiver, skills in patient socialization, giving the family regular updates, tremendous attention to detail and more. I can testify about her calm demeanor and being flexible to adjust in any given situation. SPECIFICS: Ms. Abigail helped me during my family reunion. I traveled from Baltimore to Chicago with my mother needing a wheelchair. Ms. Abigail met me upon my arrival at the baggage claim. She got our checked bags for us. She sat with my mother and the bags while I got the rental car. After I returned with the rental car, Ms. Abigail helped put the bags in the car and to put my mom in the car. Mom no longer has knee cartilage, so we really needed the help. After our event, Ms. Abigail met us at the departures. She already had the wheelchair. She helped again with the bags and got my mother inside safely. Ms. Abigail never left my mother's side. She was highly attentive and entertaining. She engaged my mother in conversation while they waited for me to handle the rental car. She also sent regular text messages and videos as she stayed and waited with my mother. I am so grateful to Ms. Abigail. I hope to see her again and use her services, skill, and expertise again.on another trip.
