I had an initial call with Abigail that went great, confirmed all the details about scheduling and rates, then we scheduled an in-person meeting for the following week. Two days before the meeting, I texted to confirm the day and time and she was enthusiastic about meeting. On the day of, she never showed up and never called or texted. I have not heard from her since. I'm glad this happened during the initial stages instead of when I was already depending on her to provide care for my children.
