About Abenaa

Hi! I'm Abenaa, a college student at Old Dominion University with a passion for working with children. I grew up helping my grandmother, who has provided childcare for over 20 years, so caring for kids has always been a part of my life. I've also worked as a student aide in elementary schools and summer school programs, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to connect with children from many different backgrounds. I'm reliable, caring, and energetic, and I enjoy keeping kids engaged through games, crafts, outdoor activities, and homework help. I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping and meal prep, and I always respect each family's routines, rules, and cultural traditions. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for every child in my care!
