About Abby

Hello, my name is Abby! I have been in childcare for 5 years now. I am currently a student-athlete at the University of Saint Mary where I play basketball, major in nursing, and minor in psychology. I like working with kids because I have 4 younger sisters who I grew up taking care of. I love being able to connect with kids and watch them grow and learn over time! I have worked in after school care for K-8th graders and have also been an assistant teacher in the infant-3-year-old rooms at an early education center. Most recently I was a summer nanny for a 6-month and 18-month-old. I'm looking for a summer nanny position, but am willing to take one-time opportunities as well. My skills include multitasking, patience, CPR and first aid certification, and having fun! I know how anxiety ridden childcare can be, so I am more than willing to meet the family prior to a long term commitment! I love to play all sports, craft, bake, color, and am willing to help with any homework as well!
