About Abby

I'd describe my personality as respectful, organized, and friendly. I like working with kids because I am the oldest of three in my family and I have always valued the lessons my younger siblings have taught me. I also love how genuinely curious they are. I'm looking for a job that offers me more flexibility with my schedule but also gives me an opportunity to pour into the younger generation. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I have two younger siblings, but I've also watched children of family friends and children in the neighborhood. In my spare time, I like to play basketball, read, explore San Diego, and spend time with my friends. One thing you should know about me is I have a younger sibling who is a type 1 diabetic, and I also play for the San Diego State women's basketball team. My skills include patience, communication, and understanding.
