About Abby

Hi! I'm Abby, and I've been caring for children for over 20 years! As the oldest of three, I started helping with kids at a young age and have since gained experience through babysitting, nannying, teaching preschool, and working as a juvenile probation officer for eight years. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and will graduate with my law degree from Elon University in December. I strive to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. I love keeping kids engaged through arts and crafts, games, reading, outdoor activities, and other age-appropriate fun! I'm also happy to help with homework, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, carpooling, light cooking, and daily routines. My rates are dependent on the number of children and responsibilities involved. I look forward to meeting your family!
