About Abby

Hi my name is Abby! I have been working in child care positions since I was 10 years old. From that early age, I've found immense joy in working with children. My experience began as a mother's helper and in the church nursery, leading to many recurring and one-time babysitting positions. For around 9 years, I have prioritized children's happiness and safety. I enjoy outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and making up games, while also encouraging individual play. I am comfortable caring for young children from infancy to 7 years old. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates through their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified, as well as an Eagle Scout of Scouting America. I love building strong relationships with families as well as the surrounding community. I am nearing the end of my current nanny job where I took care of their 15-week-old son, who is now 6 months and some change!
