About Abby

I am a Senior at Dean College, I studied Early Childhood Education for 3 years and recently changed my major to Behavioral Studies. I am infant/toddler teacher certified and CPR certified. I have worked as a nanny and in daycares for 6 years. I love to let kids get messy and explore things around them. I love to watch children learn and grow, and will support their development with age appropriate activities. I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and enthusiastic! I like working with kids because I enjoy watching and supporting their development and learning. I also love doing fun activities with them. I started working with kids when I was 16, my first job was in a small daycare where I worked mostly with young toddlers. My second job was as a preschool teacher, and my third job as an infant teacher. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, work on puzzles and small crafts. My skills include CPR and Heimlich certified, first aid certified, teacher certified.
