About Abby

Hi, I'm Abby! I am 18 and the oldest of three girls, I've grown up around younger children, which helped me develop a genuine love for working with kids and inspired my interest in pursuing a career in childcare. I have over two years of experience working at an at home daycare, where I've cared for children of different ages and built strong communication and childcare skills. This year I have taken the initiative to advertise myself and babysit on the side aswell. I'm also CPR certified and always prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Working with many young children at a time everyday can be challenging, but it has improved my patience, teaching, responsibility and has taught me a lot on the difference in every child and how to better support everyones needs. I also value good communication with parents and guardians. I'm happy to keep you updated throughout the day and follow your child's routines, preferences, and needs.
