About Abby

Hello. My name is Abby and I am a full time online student in community college. I'm looking for an opportunity to help families out by providing them with flexible and dependable childcare. While I don't have extensive experience in childcare, I enjoy doing activities with children and helping them learn new things. I also love storytelling and art. I routinely babysit my 2 5-year-old twin nieces during my free-time. I have been responsible for general supervision, getting them ready for the day/for bed, meal prep, provide transportation, among other miscellaneous tasks. Additionally, I have some experience in a working in a daycare setting. I was responsible for supervising a small group of children with other adults. I'd describe my personality as creative, energetic, and friendly. I like working with kids because it gives me a sense of fulfillment, like I'm making a positive difference in a families life. In my spare time, I like to do draw, color, and spend time outside.
