About Abbey

Throughout college I babysat a newborn, as their family grew I babysat for a 2-year-old and his 10-month-old brother. While babysitting I: -provided nutritious snacks, lunches, and dinners for two children ages 10 months and 2 years old. -Ensured their safety and well being while meeting their physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs. -Bathe and put children to sleep. -Engages children in age-appropriate activities and age-appropriate outings including trips to the park, walks in the wagon, trips to watch the trains pass by. -Facilitate an interest in books and academic content such as colors, letters, animals, puzzles My full time job is a Special Education Teacher at Spring Lake Heights School in Spring Lake Heights, NJ. I work with students with diverse needs.
