Hello! I'm a 20-year-old caregiver with experience as a long-term nanny, as well as in both professional and personal childcare settings. I've worked in a pediatric therapy clinic, helped in in-home and out-of-home daycares, and cared for family friends' children. As the second oldest of seven, I'm very comfortable managing multiple ages while keeping things safe, structured, and fun. I have strong experience with infants, including long-term care for babies as young as 3 months old. I'm confident with feeding, naps, and age-appropriate play. I always use a gentle approach setting boundaries with empathy, validating feelings, and encouraging positive communication.
