About who needs care: Mom is a somewhat active healthy 89-year-old who mostly wants companionship/conversation and a maybe help with shopping, doing errands, gardening, etc. She has hearing loss but wears a hearing aid. She likes to crochet, knit, play cards, play games, go for walks, go out for coffee, and bake. She is Croatian and English is her second language. She loves dogs and shares 2 chihuahuas with me who are with her during the day. She is very independent, but lonely. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is patient and outgoing and willing to come visit with her 2 or 3 hours a couple times per week. Days & times are flexible. She has a housekeeper that comes every other week, but might need a little help with light housekeeping in between. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.

We are looking for a great sitter for our almost 3-year-old son, in Santa Ynez. We would prefer someone who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets ( we have a 5-year-old golden retriever) I need someone for occasional date days or nights. They are very nervous about going anywhere and finding grocery delivery in the area has been nearly impossible! I need senior care provider with experience for my father who will be recovering from knee surgery. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. He is normally very active, independent, and busy, but his knee surgery recovery will keep him from doing basic tasks. He also needs someone to fill his ice cast.
