About who needs care: Francis is my step-father, he has diabetes and memory issues. 87. Sadly, he sleeps quite a bit. My Mom Joyce, lives there as well. She's pretty well for being 83. Slight mobility issues, but cognitively with it. They have a small elderly dog. They get up early, 5-6ish. Help with breakfast, light cleaning meal prep. Mom still drives, but Francis does not. Might be good to get Francis to be a little more verbally engaged. About the care needs: preferably female, good listener, kind, patient... they move pretty slowly. Francis has been a musician for life. Guitar. Gospel. Country music. Mom loves her garden/yard. And her children, grand children & great grandchildren. Francis's children are not present in his life.
