I'm looking for someone who can be my go to for weekends as needed and someone who can be my back up when preschool and daycare might be closed and I have to work. I have 2 sweet boys! 1 almost 4-year-old and 1 baby almost 3 months. We also have 3 dogs, so you will have to love animals just as much as kids! Our home is set up for entertaining kids, play room, open concept living room so you can feel comfortable. I want someone to feel part of the family since. For my 4-year-old, I want someone to play with him. I have lots of activities, crafts, outside time. For the baby, tummy time, hold him sometimes, talk to him, and engage him. Bottle feeding, diaper changing and putting him down for naps or bed as needed. I would love someone who is comfortable with kids, crying doesn't scare you and is easy going. Fun, happy, loves to be silly. Open to feed back, easy to communicate with. Open communication is a must. If you're a mom and have your own child, and need to keep them with you, that's something I would consider. A student, I would allow time to get homework done as well.
