Hello! We're new to the Oxford area, and looking for a nanny for our two daughters, ages 4 months and 2. 5 years, for the school year. Ideally, we'd love a candidate who has experience with both age groups, is comfortable providing structured activities for our older daughter, and can take the kids to classes, parks, and playgrounds.
Our interests and values include traveling, learning about different countries and cultures, cooking, reading, and experiencing new things.
Our older daughter is very active. She loves running and climbing, reading books, playing in water, and spending time with friends and her baby sister. She's very interested in rockets, planes, and other forms of transportation.
Our older daughter is used to going to daycare with other kids, so finding opportunities for her to engage with peers is important. She is potty trained. Both girls are easy going and don't require much additional support beyond what's standard for their ages.
We're looking for someone who values education, diversity, and understands gentle parenting practices. A background in teaching, particularly Montessori practices, is ideal.
We have a large driveway with ample parking.
