Looking for someone to watch my 4-year-old daughter on SOME weekdays while I'm working, on the days my husband is on hitch for his job. My husband works 8 days on and then has 6 days off, and you will have off weekends and the days he is off work unless for some reason we need the kids watched, which we will make plans and arrangements for in advance in that case, otherwise you will be off every day their dad is off plus weekends. My two older children will need to be picked up from their schools after school (very close distance) My oldest is old enough to keep an eye on the other 2 until I get off work every day, unless she happens to have after school activities, so unless given notice beforehand, you will be able to go home after my 14-year-old is home. Mostly just care for my youngest, and occasionally middle child, few days a week
