I'm looking for a full-time nanny to help me in caring for my two girls (ages 5 and 10). My husband and I own a local vet clinic. I homeschool my girls in the mornings, work from home most afternoons, and am in the office all day on Wednesdays. I am raising our girls to be accountable, responsible, independent, and self directed. The oldest is pretty self sufficient, she just needs occasional reminders for time management. The younger is very sociable/extroverted and always wants to be the center of attention. Both of my girls are in taekwondo, tumbling, and Girl Scouts. They love to play outside, play board games, watch movies, and do arts and crafts projects. I need someone with reliable transportation that is willing to shuttle the girls to and from their activities and is energetic enough to keep them active and occupied.

One 16-month-old boy You don't need to be available all of those days, or even the full time! We are in-between daycares right now; he starts at the new one in April. I do already have a regular nanny who starts at 2:30, but she can't do mornings. My grandmother has graciously volunteered to watch him those mornings, but I would love to get a few of those mornings covered so she doesn't exhaust herself. So even just one or two of those days, and even only part of the time to give my grandmother a break is all I'm looking for! I am on the lookout for additional "emergency" babysitters for when our usual nanny is unavailable. And it's always good to have occasional weekend/date night babysitters, so if we click, I would love to keep in touch!
