Columbia, SC Mother's Helper Jobs

Hello! I'm a stay at home mom looking for a mother's helper type nanny. We have four kiddos - an energetic book and lego loving 7-year-old boy, a sweet and fun 3-year-old girl who loves unicorns and scooter rides, and a set of 7-month-old cuddly twin boys. The oldest is in school and the 3-year-old is in school MWF mornings. I'm looking for someone who can be here bright and early to help get kids dressed, fed, and out the door. A majority of the day would be feeding, changing and putting the babies down for naps, with light housework and some driving to/from school. I'd like to take the 3-year-old on special mommy/daughter outings before she starts full time school, so I'd leave the twins at home with the nanny. Depending on the day and my husband's work schedule, ideally we'd have someone staying to help until around dinner time.

Our 20-month-old is into EVERYTHING, so curious and fun. Our 4-year-old is all boy and a snuggler. The 6-year-old is the only girl and she's very creative and into any kind of craft you'd like to do together. Our oldest is a bookworm and can be found reading at any moment he can slip away. We are a flexible, happy, and active family. Our ideal caregiver: Our family is a busy, rambunctious group who homeschools, so kids are home often. We are looking for more of a mother's helper, than a nanny in many ways. I could very much use help with laundry, dishes, snacks, and entertaining the toddler while I homeschool.. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities.
