Our home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath on the main floor is 2 living spaces and the kitchen dining area and a half bath. Upstairs is the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We need help with the nitty gritty! I need help with dusting, cabinet cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general room cleaning. We're looking for someone who can be flexible, a hard worker, dependable. and organized. To get to our home, you can park outside on the curb or in the driveway. Our family includes 3 cats and a dog. The dog is a very friendly old lady, she loves attention and will probably want pets she is a beagle and bulldog mix. There are 3 cats they are indoor outdoor cats, typically that keep to them selves, the one cat who might say hello is an old cat you loves attention.

We would have a schedule for you to do daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly. It's a very organized job to keep things well maintained in a timely manner. It ranges from starting the day with blowing leaves off the patio, to ending the day of making sure dishes are put away and clean, laundry is folded and put away (not personal but towels and rags). It's very easy once you get the hang of it. We do have maids that come weekly that deep clean, your job will be maintaining daily tasks to keep it clean. We have two dogs, a very sweet lab mix and a very energetic and playful pit mix. He takes awhile to get use to since he's loud and likes to think he runs the house. More often they will not be roaming the house until you are 100% comfortable with them and I notice they are comfortable with you.

Days and times are flexible. Need someone to come twice a week for a few hours a day and do some light errands and tidying: Example 3 hr day: 20 min: Pickup mail and organize junk vs real mail 20 min: tidy kitchen (not deep clean just put any dishes in dishwasher, wipe down countertops etc.) 30min: Iron clothes - some shirts/pants then hang them 20 min: light cooking: soft boiled eggs, coffee, maybe grill some chicken etc. 20 mins: Open or other boxes 30 mins: takeout trash, take clothes to tailor etc. These are just some examples. Obviously if you spend more than 3 hours we will pay you more The apartment is a 2 bedroom in Westwood, not a big house and we also have a maid service that comes 1x per week so you don't have to do a deep clean, just light tidying up and errands.

We have two kids: our daughter is 3 years old and our son will be 6 months old. Our daughter will be going to school from 9am-4 p.m. so most of the day will be with our son. Since kids will be participating in some wedding events you will be included on site for dinner at the wedding.
