About who needs care: My mother had a major stroke 5 years ago and several small ones since. She has right side residual problems from the stroke. Unable to stand or use her right hand from the stroke. She also has some memory issues from the stroke. Because of this she does require everything to be done for her. She is alert and can talk, but has a hard time getting out what she is trying to say. She loves to laugh and cut up. She does require to be lifted in a lift and sat in her mobile chair or recliner. She also wears pull ups and will need to be changed. She is a diabetic so monitoring her blood sugar is required, she does not take shots, just pills to maintain it. She loves coffee and scrolling through social media. The care is only for 4 hours a day, so not much to due other than giving dinner and making sure she is dry and OK. I care for her during the day, but need a break in the evenings from 5pm-9 p.m. so I am able to spend the evening with my family and kids. I love my Mom and care for her because I am very skeptical of leaving her in a nursing home. So the person who comes in will be required to have a background check and interview to question their love for their job and the will have toward my Mom.

May need pet sitter to check on, feed while I have medical procedure or Dr appointment in Houston tx.

I am expecting in February and won't need a nanny/sitter until mid-late April after my maternity leave. I need someone who is reliable, on time, and experienced with newborns. We do also have a large, active dog in the home and she would need to be let out occasionally while we are gone. You would need to be comfortable with large dogs. Our schedule is flexible, dad is off every other friday so you would be off as well and it may not always be a full week to start off with.

My child is having problems with reading and recognizing letters

About who needs care: Mom is moving back to Country Place by tomorrow morning. She has COPD Most everyone on her wing of the rehab center has it. She was there to get rehab which hasn't happened but twice. Was in hospital for 11 days due to flare up of COPD. Discharged her to Timberwood Rehab to get her strength back. Which has not happened. Today is day 14. Insurance will no longer pay for her to be there. She is with Hospice now. Lost a lot of weight. Doesn't have much of an appetite. I need someone that can sit with her from morning till night to be sure she is drinking and eating a little. Change her diaper. Keep her company at least for the first two weeks. Prefer someone there at night if possible also. $10-$20. If that's the going rate. About the care needs: Mom is unable to get out the bed. A hospital bed is being delivered today. She's too weak to sit up on her own. Has some dementia. Personality - someone who is kind hearted. Caring. Not a gruff voice if possible. Patient. She hated where she's been the last 14 days. Aids & nurse no compassion so has a bad taste in her mouth. Food will be supplied by Country Place and myself. Hobbies / interests - 90 yes old. Enjoyed playing Bingo and Dominoes at country place. Watching a few tv shows. My dad is deceased. I'm an only child. Hoping to get someone asap Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.

We have a little girl that has very basic needs. The main thing we're looking for is to have some light help around the house and support with taking care of the baby. The mother will be home, just needs as some help

I am looking for someone to come to my house 2 times on February 5th, 3 times per day February 6-11, and once on February 12 while we are on vacation.

About who needs care: My mom could use some housecleaning help, like mopping and changing her bed. She also needs a driver to take her to grocery store etc. About the care needs: She is in good health, and does her own day to day activities by herself. She just needs some assistance in driving and cleaning. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
