We are looking for a fun, creative, and supportive tutor to work with our child weekly on homework and 8th grade math support. We are flexible on the day and time, preferably Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday afternoon/evening. Ideally, the role would continue one day a week through the school year for homework support and additional math tutoring. Qualifications: Experience supporting students with middle school math. Friendly, patient, and supportive. Sense of humor is a plus! Also needs to be comfortable with dogs as we have two sweet hypoallergenic dogs. Our student is currently in 8th grade. Tutoring would be in person at our home in Arcata. Plenty of parking is available.

Hi, we're in need of a great house cleaner to prepare our rental cabin between guest stays. The hours are 10-4, but the days will change, as we turn the cabin over and get ready for the next guests after each departure. There will be more flexibility on days when a guest isn't arriving on the same day as a departure, but reliability and attention to detail are very important to our rental success. We currently have a wonderful housekeeper, and we are hoping to rotate days between her and an additional housekeeper to increase flexibility. We typically have about 7 turnovers per month.

We are looking for a great nanny for our 2-year-old daughter. I am due with our second daughter in January. In the early days, I would only need help with the 2-year-old and minimal help with the newborn as I work from home. The schedule would be 2-3 days a week. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, Covid vaccinated and who is CPR certified. Some days I will be working from home upstairs and other days I will be in the office. Thank you!

Will be out of town for a few days, just looking for someone to stop in and make sure food and water is good, clean litter box and show some attention for a little bit. They have enough food and water to last a few days but just wanna make sure everything is okay while we're gone. Would only take maybe 10-15 min but I'll pay full hour. Flexible on what time of day you prefer. If you can't make it Christmas Day, that's okay. Both cats are very well behaved.. 2 Cats.

800 sqft. one bedroom little house. Just looking for maybe once a month or every 3 weeks good clean. Bathroom, floors, kitchen etc. No carpet. I have a cat so I need to be able to trust that he's not let outside accidentally.
