We are looking for a fun, creative, and supportive tutor to work with our child weekly on homework and 8th grade math support. We are flexible on the day and time, preferably Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday afternoon/evening. Ideally, the role would continue one day a week through the school year for homework support and additional math tutoring. Qualifications: Experience supporting students with middle school math. Friendly, patient, and supportive. Sense of humor is a plus! Also needs to be comfortable with dogs as we have two sweet hypoallergenic dogs. Our student is currently in 8th grade. Tutoring would be in person at our home in Arcata. Plenty of parking is available.
