Part Time
Start time should be around 11:30. Not necessarily looking for just 1 hr. 2 bedrooms used as bedrooms one bedroom barely used but used as a downtime room.... or living room on second floor when other party has bottom floor. One room doesn't get cleaned the sun room. When/if a move out occurs would need a total clean for move out. Need someone serious about their job so they don't need to be babysat to be sure the cleaning is done. (Have had issues in the past where people come and want to be paid or tipped but don't clean a tub, or shower, or won't wipe down certain things as agreed upon. Additional needs include bringing your own supplies (detergents, etc) and bringing your own equipment (vacuum, etc). Services Needed: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning.
