On the first visit you will be folding boxes of clothes for someone new, moving bag and hanging clothes up and organization. No Heavy lifting. Only two of the bedrooms need cleaned, both bathrooms need deep cleaning, the kitchen needs cleaned. Also the front of the cabinets, beds changed in the master bedroom, linens washed, vacuum and steam mop floors we have a steamer mop.
If we work well together our first visit than we would like to have a steady cleaning person About every two weeks deep, clean kitchen and bathrooms, wash and change bed linens in one bedroom, clean out refrigerator may have some odd and ends like things to do every few weeks as needed. Must have a clean background check positive
Must have your own vehicle nobody should ever be in your vehicle while cleaning the house should have insurance parking
