Full Time
The actual start date is November 25th but we would like to meet you first. I am currently pregnant with my first child. I need someone to help out with little things while I clean the house and do my college schoolwork. I may have to run errands during the day and want someone to be able to stay with the baby during that if my husband is not home. She will be breast fed so I will have storage bottles already filled and ready to be used daily for when I'm not there. If you are needed during dinner time, you will be fed. I have a Chihuahua who is a rescue dog. She may bark quite a bit until she gets to know you. If you have a problem with that, we can keep her in a separate room while you are helping. I don't really have a lot of experience with babysitters so I may ask you questions that seem obvious or tell you rules that seem obvious. If you are helping take care of our child, I want you to feel welcome. Please feel free to ask any questions. We prefer complete transparency.
Our interests and values include someone who cares about children. If your doing it just for a paycheck, you can go somewhere else for a job. We are a Christian family but, as long as you respect our wishes, you do not have to be Christian to work for us. We make a lot of healthy home cooked meals when we can afford it. You are welcome to eat with us. If your treat our family with respect you will be treated with respect.
She is a newborn so she will need help being fed, changed, dressed, and bathed. if you are uncomfortable with any of these things, I will be home and can do it instead. You will only be working while I am doing my college schoolwork, running errands, or am at am appointment that I can not bring her to.
