The primary duties include:
Running errands
Laundry
Periodic transportation of the two young children
Ensuring the house stays organized and orderly
Deep cleaning specific areas/items/appliances
Simple house maintenance
Light cleaning as necessary in between visits from the cleaning service
Watering potted plants
Meal preparation and some cooking as needed
Assistance with holiday decorations and gift wrapping
Setting appointments and overseeing house repairs and maintenance
Inventorying and restocking items as needed
Petcare as necessary
Childcare as necessary
The ideal Housekeeper would be professional, punctual, honest, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and have clear and effective communication. The Housekeeper must be excellent with children and pets. Each day's tasks will vary; not all tasks are completed every day.
