2 stories, 2. 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. 2 out of 3 bedrooms will not need regular cleaning, just the master bdrm. Kitchen cleaning, dishes, bathroom cleaning, vacuum and mopping, & dusting. Looking for someone who is thorough & pays attention to detail. Must provide own cleaning products & equipment. We do have a driveway for parking. No access to public transit due to this being a brand new development. Must be ok with pet. We have one dog - Labrador Retriever. He is 5 years old and very friendly. He will bark as you approach the house outside but shows no sign of aggression in your presence.
