My husband and I both work full-time, have a 1-year-old and 3 doggos, and help care for our elderly parents (who don't live with us). We would like some weekly help to keep the house organized and clean, so we can spend less of our very limited time on chores and cleaning and spending more time together as a family. We would love someone who doesn't mind doing laundry! Which is super time consuming for us with the baby. We technically have a 4-bedroom house, but one of them is an office. Our house is a double wide. Pretty straight forward. Big rectangle. We only have carpet in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The rest of the house is vinyl. DUSTING, vacuuming, swiffering, wiping down countertops and cabinets, emptying trash, putting dishes away, organizing toys, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Laundry help would be amazing!! Window washing is a plus, but definitely not a necessity. We appreciate our dogs' nose art! We have 3 pups. Our eldest is a 7-year-old female German shepherd, our youngest is a 2-year-old miniature black lab, and our middle fur baby is a 3-year-old Husky/Malinois. They are barkers, but are friendly once they meet you, and mom and dad say you're safe. We have a fenced in yard for them to stay outside while cleaning, but our middle baby is not allowed to stay outside because he is an escape artist. He is SUPER friendly, almost too friendly, just gotta be careful when going in/out because he's a sneak and can open doors.

Seeking care for my father in his 90s. Services needed: companionship, meal preparation, medication prompting, mobility assistance, light housekeeping. Specialized care needs: support for memory care. A little more about my father: he can be anxious, pleasant, outgoing, independent. He can be demanding but is usually very grateful ! He has difficulty standing up but walks well with his cane and rolling walker! He does not like to be told what to do or even suggested actions . He has difficulty eating some foods due to difficulty swallowing. He likes being helpful and being outside if not watching westerns. Was a marine in Korea and is very methodical in basic things. I'm looking for someone who is patient, fond of pets. Attentive and good conversationist. Ease in redirecting. Dad enjoys people and visiting. Some of his stories are very accurate while others do make sense because he doesn't use the right words. He has incontinence and often has to change his clothes during the day even though he wears depends. He likes to sweep the deck as a way of helping. He has limited choices in food - one because of his limited choices of food he likes and difficulty swallowing.

About 900 square feet. 2 adults and 2 dogs. Every other week cleaning. For extra fee would like the lower level (about 700 square feet) cleaned initially then occasionally thereafter.

My rental needs a 5 star housekeeper which takes personal pride in doing a great job. 5 hours labor to typically to turn. can be one or two people but rate should be 4125 for approx. 5 hours.
