3 bedrooms, though one is a guest room that's almost never used. 2 small, full baths. Living room, kitchen, and an entry area with stairs. It's a split level house with a partially finished basement, but I don't think we'll want to include the downstairs at all. No carpet other than rugs, all laminate and tile. We do have a dog that sheds a bit.
We are looking for something affordable. Just basic cleaning. We hoped 2 to 4 hours every two weeks.
