Hello! I am a 59 yr. old disabled man. Recovering from back surgery has limited my functions. I need help with general household chores, general cleaning, organizing, running errands, and help with walking my two basset hounds, who are really in charge here. This is a fluid position, I have not needed assistance previously, so I don't really have everything figured out. I do not need any personal care at this time. I'm sure the job description will be easier once we work together. Days and times needed are approx. I am flexible. I think it will be 10 to 15 hours a week, depending on chores.

2 dogs, 2 cats We are often home during cleaning as my husband is disabled. All laminate floors that need vacuuming and mopping (or steaming, I have a steamer). It could do with a deep clean before starting weekly or bi-weekly.

The house only needs the main floor and the bedrooms upstairs cleaned. As far as laundry goes we are just looking for the beading to be changed and washed.

4 bed 3. 5 bath. Only 2 beds are used. The other 2 will not need cleaning. There is a basement, but other than the lower bath, at this time, no cleaning is required on that level. There is roughly 2200 sq ft to be cleaned.

-Two Scoopfree litterboxes that need to be dumped and cleaned biweekly located in our laundry room. One is in a bench encasement, while the other is out. -We have a dog and the cat, but will close off the laundry room for cleaning schedule. -Wanting someone that can dump the boxes into the garbage, take out the garbage, clean the litter trays fresh, put in new litter, and vacuum up any litter crystals that the cat kicked out or that gets out of the boxes before and after cleaning. Extra thanks if you wouldn't mind stiffening after. -We supply the gloves, masks, litter, cleaning product, garbage bags, garbage bin, vacuum, Swiffer and Swiffer wipes. The garbage bin is in the garage, so we will supply you with entry to the garage and laundry room.

We have a small dog, Bella, but shes sweet. She can be let in the backyard if shes in your way; Just cant go out the front door. We have a baby thats crawling so wed like floors prioritized. Were also selling by our house soon so we need dust and surfaces maintained. I love a good clean kitchen and the tub/shower cleaned too.
