Hi! I am needing some help with keeping house- includes weekly picking up, organizing, & keeping laundry done. We work crazy schedules and would like to be able to enjoy family time without trying to play catch-up and never really getting there. Days of the week are flexible as long as it's during school hours and can vary week to week- as long as things get done, I'm super flexible. Basic skills at running a vacuum, mop, and washer/dryer are needed. A flair for organizing is a definite plus. Lastly, applicants must have lots of mercy and grace- I love a clean house but can assure you it will not be clean when you arrive, hence the need for help. Home has plenty of parking, 2200 sq ft, one level. We have one goldfish, Freckles- she swims in a little planter, so no aquarium upkeep is expected.

Need someone to keep up with the bathrooms and floors while I try to get everything else organized. Once we are all moved in we would want to start adding other rooms. Must be able to ignore the mess except for just where we are ready to have cleaned. Working around boxes basically, but don't want things to get dirty just because we are not organized yet. I have tons of supplies and tools so you wouldn't need to be as established. Would need to wear a mask for covid.

My roommate is moving out and I will need her room, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen deep cleaned.

I need someone who can organize and clean with very minimal (or no) supervision. I am overwhelmed with full-time work and also caring for my daughters and my husband who has brain cancer and is limited mentally and physically right now. We never fully got settled in and for a long time have been "living out of our suitcases." The place has gotten out of hand and I need someone who can clear things away into logical places because I don't even have enough mental bandwidth to decide where things need to be put away. We are living in an open-living basement apartment with two sleeping areas, a sitting area, office area, and a kitchenette. In addition to general cleaning, there is extra stuff stored down here and I need some help in getting things cleared away and neatly stacked up out of the way. One-off job that could become long-term.
