Looking for a long-term nanny for our 10-month-old son. Mom works from home and will be available as needed for nursing, etc. Doing baby-led weaning and prefer gentle parenting/Montessori style. Occasionally, will also have our 4-year-old daughter when her school is closed for infrequent teacher in-service days, etc. Some light housekeeping is required. Austin family needs a part-time tutor for elementary subjects. I'm needing a tutor who is comfortable with elementary aged kids and is wanting only part time set hours, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-1:30 p.m. The ideal candidate would love to teach our kindergartener and first grader with love and enthusiasm. And is confident with following lesson plans, pays close attention to detail, and is extremely reliable. The curriculum we use is classical Christian so you must also be comfortable teaching the things included in the lesson plans that are faith based even if they do not align with your own spiritual beliefs. The lesson plans are easy to follow but some type of tutoring or teaching is preferred. We live in South Austin and the pay would be $450 every two weeks.

We have an energetic 2. 5-year-old who loves his daily routine. He takes a morning trip to our neighborhood playground then lunch & 3 hour afternoon nap followed by afternoon snuggles & more play time. He's a curious learner. I am looking for someone to keep his routine going teach him new things & begin potty training journey. Nanny should be confident and experienced in all aspects of toddler and pre-school care, and have knowledge of indoor and outdoor, age-appropriate, enriching activities that will encourage growth and development. During nap time, Nanny will assist with light household duties such as laundry, dishes, and organize/pick up the common areas. Nanny will be patient, flexible and energetic. Mom has a new job and may request to shift the Nanny's schedule from time to time. Being on-time and accountable are a must.

Tutor for Algebra 2 & high school math. One-hour weekly sessions on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. cst. Assistance in going through homework for the week. What has worked for us is that on Sunday when her teacher posts the homework for the week, I will send you an email. In the email will be the assignment sheet, the math book pages, and the teacher answer key pages. Most weeks it is just the hour, but there are a few times it may only be 30 minutes or she may need more time. I am looking for someone who can work with her through the last 3 years of high school math. What I like to do is ask for a mini-trial session of 5-6 minutes to work through one school problem. I'm looking for an in person private tutor for Spanish in Dripping Springs or South Austin. I'm an adult and have been studying Spanish for the last 4 years in classes and on my own. I'm about a B2 intermediate level and really want to advance my speaking skills even more. I've studied all the grammar and now want to put it into practice! I'm available during the weekdays before 2 p.m. and the occasional Saturday.

I have taken this math class five times and can not seem to pass. This is my last chance to take this class. I desperately need help. The math class is college algebra.

South Austin family needs a part-time tutor for English, Math for two homeschool kids age 12 and 9. We follow curriculum for both subjects so there is a full outline of each lesson with games and worksheets to follow. I work full time and usually split the responsibility with my husband but since he recently took a job, so he has been unable to support us in the process this year. I need help at least 6- 8 hours a week split out between two or three days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to help with both the lessons in the curriculum plus other simple homework the kids have.
