Full Time Nanny Jobs in Odessa

Looking for someone who can mesh/mold into our family while caring for our 3 and 5-year-old like their own. We need help with kids laundry, light cooking and cleaning. Requesting help with drop off and pick up from school. Hours will be a little different, and will range. Need someone who is flexible. However, would be paid as a full time employee with a set pay. Our family and kids love playing outside and doing things with our family and friends. Kids are very involved. The kids love playing any sport, doing arts and crafts, cooking and hanging out with our family. We need someone to assist with morning routine for school, fixing breakfast & helping to get them to school. After school pickup & care to include doing homework and getting ready for practice & Jujitsu training. Must be able to cook light meals and do our boys laundry. We are looking for someone who can travel with us on family trips too. We are looking for someone who has a love for helping children to develop into respectful young adults who have a love for God. Our boys are 4 and 6. They are full of energy, so we need someone who has lots of energy and can be active with them. Our family includes two inside fur babies.

We have a nanny relocating out of the area. We both work full time with some flexibility with our jobs but need 35-40 hours of care for our 15-month-old son in our home starting in October. Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Our son still takes 2 naps a day, and during his naps, we expect some help with light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, etc.) We also need someone with some flexibility for the schedule as we want to optimize the time we get to spend with our son when our work schedule permits it, so a few days a week, we need childcare to start at 7:30 and end at 4:00.
