We are looking for a sitter to hang out with our daughter Ione M-W starting late Feb. We would love someone who is energetic, loving, and kind. We would prefer someone to come to our house but would love if you would take Ione to the park and other activities outside because mom works from home on Mon/Tues until late March at least and then I will be full time in the office. One parent makes mininum wage so we can only afford to pay $15-17/hr right now. We are a very chill and fun family, low key and understanding and want you to be comfortable in our home! About who needs care: *Dementia *Tv watching, cats *Bathroom care, morning coffee at 8 with breakfast, tv watching, nap, lunch, tv watching, dinner. In between her bed linens may need changing, her clothes will need changing several times. She needs assistance walking and using the restroom. Also she has a cat who stays in bed with her and is old and frail. No cat care requested, just be kind. About the care needs: Kind friendly and patient. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I'm looking for a routine cleaner to help me with my vacation rental. This means that days needed would vary, but 2-4 cleanings per week can be expected. Cleaning usually takes about an hour, but occasionally up to 2 hours. It would need to be completed between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. each time. Cleaners regularly.
