My brother was in a car accident 20 years ago that left him quadriplegic. He lives full time with my mom and dad and does have nursing assistance for things like bathing, cooking, etc. but he does not have anyone besides my parents to help with other medical needs like changing a bag on his side which he urinates from, or with a bowel program that he needs every 3 days. My parents are 60 and I just want to get them some help with someone who is willing to help with these duties.
