These kind and busy professionals are eager to find an experienced, long-term nanny to partner with them in caring for their sweet, 5-month-old baby! Mom and Dad both have demanding careers, so reliability is extremely important in this role. Mom works from home in a dedicated office space and would love to work with a nanny who will be able to support their daughter's routine, as well as work together with the parents to help transition her to taking bottles. Candidates who have infant experience and demonstrate longevity in past positions will be prioritized! Knowledge of developmental milestones and gentle/respectful caregiving methods will be appreciated. This family prefers no screen time and has an appreciation for Montessori-inspired play and activities. A caregiver who loves to engage little ones in creative activities, music, and lots of reading time, with an emphasis on supporting developmental milestones will be a great fit! Planning local outings such as taking walks, visiting the park, or spending time at the library will be valued. Care and maintenance of Baby's room, play areas, and belongings will be part of this role. Household management duties include child-related and household laundry, wiping down counters and taking out trash as needed, grocery shopping as needed, maintaining inventory of household cleaning products, supplies, and pantry staples, meal prep for the little one, as well as for the family as time allows. Someone who is an excellent communicator, has a pitch-in spirit, and is excited to join the family for years to come will thrive in this role!
