We practice attachment style parenting and responsive parenting. We do not let our daughter "cry it out" or "self soothe". We do not do screen time for her (except FaceTime). We are looking for someone willing to hold her during her naps and to wear her in a baby carrier during walks. She also likes to walk now, but not for long distances. We also would like it if you read books to her. Our pets: We have a German Shepard and a Husky. They are 4 and 5. They're both calm (except when the doorbell rings) and they have their own dog door. Camp Lejeune family needs a full-time babysitter. Must love kids! Care will be needed primarily for 1 child age 4 from 11am-4:00 p.m. Will need to get child off the bus. Light house work i. e. loading dish washer, will be required to prepare pre-prepped meals for kid(s). You will also be helping my two older daughters on and off of the bus for school in the morning and afternoons.
