Durham, NC Floor Cleaning Jobs

I'm currently recovering from surgery and would like someone who is dependable and capable of doing some general cleaning. I have carpeted stairs and one bedroom but most everything else is flooring. I have a dog and cat so dust mopping the flooring would be great. I don't need deep cleaning.

2, 300 sq ft. 2 full baths, 1 half bath. Bonus room upstairs. Bathroom cleaning. Shower and tub. Kitchen cleaning, mopping of floors and dusting. Organization would be great as well! Prompt and thorough Park in the driveway or road One puggle. 26 pound beagle/pug

Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner First floor and one bathroom upstairs

I need floors scrubbed; baseboards, windowsills, doors cleaned in all rooms. I have a two bedroom two bath apartment.

The house is 3 years old. Total 8, 000 sq feet, but you'd only be cleaning the bathrooms and common areas. Bathrooms: a) visitor bathroom, b) 2 toilet/3 sink/2 shower bathroom, and c) 4 toilet/4 sink/4 shower bathroom. Upstairs TV Lounge, long hallway (laminate) and laundry room Main level: 2 living rooms, a dining room and a hallway. Basement: Chapter room and elevator hallway. There are hardwood and laminate floors throughout. Only 3 area rugs. There are 3 staircases that would need sweeping. This is a position that would take 2-3 hours daily, once you get the hang of it. We have breaks that follow the school year breaks. There would be "deep cleaning" work during winter break, and during summer break, a room by room cleaning would be needed. On-site parking is provided.

Carpet will be cleaned already, and the house will be mostly empty. I have wood floors, which need cleaned, bathrooms need bathtub, sinks and tile cleaned. Floors cleaned in all bathrooms with something that will clean the grout. The house has been freshly painted, so no scrubbing of walls or baseboards is needed. I do need the inside of the windows cleaned.

I'm moving into a currently empty condo, but it was not left in the best condition. I'm looking for a detail-oriented person to help me with all the home surfaces. I hope a deep clean will give my new home a fresh start and remove the smell from the previous. I'm looking for someone to help me with baseboards, doors and door frames, light switches, windows, window seals, blinds, ceiling fans, air vents, cabinets and closets (inside and out), counters, grout, toilets, mirrors, backsplash, cobwebs, appliances, walls, floors, faucets, knobs, and fixtures. One unique thing about my place is that the previous tenants left trash in the small front yard area that I'd appreciate help picking up. Your service will be very appreciated during this busy transition time in my life.

Hi. Looking to clean kitchen top to bottom - cabinets- counters- floor and hall as well as bath room fixtures and floor - also to lock bathroom door and seal off living room entry into kitchen with plastic and duct tape abs paper sign not to enter - will pay for painters tape - can use large garbage bags to put on door way - I have construction workers there in living room and would like the area blocked off from use and dirt.
