Hello, I'm looking for a companion for my 23-year-old daughter with high functioning autism. She likes to do things at home. She loves to watch and talk about sports. The companion can take her to local and college sporting events. She wants to learn to swim. She likes working in reading and math workbooks but sometimes needs help. She can prepare simple food but needs help cutting food. She likes going to the grocery store. I looking at the possibility of two companions working different days for a total of about 50 hours a week. Normally 10-6 unless going to an evening sporting event.

Family seeking evening and bedtime respite care for a special needs 5th Grader (10 yrs old) who needs direct help with augmented communication, mobility, toileting, dressing, and feeding (g-tube and by mouth) so her Mom and Dad can go out for dinner or movie. I am looking for someone to watch my girls 2 mornings a week (8am-12:30pm), and possibly an evening once a month on the weekends (for date nights). I am flexible with the mornings and the start time. I have a 2. 5-year-old and a 5-month-old. They are easy to entertain and love to be around each other! I have a golden retriever who is very easy and sleeps all day. We live on Fort Eustis so if you have base access, that would be a huge bonus, but not required.
