I work from home and like to be involved with my 2 little's. I encourage creativity and independence so I use a mix of Montessori style approach with my girls and definitely want that continued. My eldest is super adventurous and independent while the youngest is still not entirely used to being away from mama still prefers breastfeeding. I would only need about 3-4 hours in the mornings so that I am able to work but Ill still be in the home.
