We are looking for a highly organized, dog loving, self-motivated person who's interested in a wide variety of tasks. This includes tasks such as feeding & walking our 3 dogs, light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, caring for plants, personal assistant tasks & errands, keeping us from forgetting our many niece and nephews' birthdays and just generally getting us organized and keeping us on track. We are hoping to grow our family over the next year, so helping with infant care . We're both very hands on and hard-working people, but our jobs keep us busy, and we can't seem to find enough time to keep up with everything. Occasional overnights to house/dog sit while we are out of town are very helpful. Experience raising your own family is a big plus!

Do you love to cook simple, yet tasty meals? (chicken dishes, meatloaf, stew, soup) We are looking for a long-term, reliable person to cook dinner for my mother in her home 3 evenings per week. You would cook her dinner, help her to the table, wash dishes/put things away and help her get ready for bed. She'll need medication reminders and possibly help with other small things around the house. Someone with first aid/CPR/nursing training/prior relevant experience preferred. The exact hours you come are somewhat flexible.

About who needs care: Mary loves southern cooking. She enjoys watching church on Sundays from home as well as other tv shows. She sleeps a lot but enjoys company from neighbors and church friends. She rarely goes out but likes to sometimes get her hair done. Its hard to sometimes get her to go places but with persistence and care, she will and is happy afterward About the care needs: Mary would do best with someone loving but firm. She sometimes doesn't want to shower or go out so persistence is important She wants someone who knows how to cook southern dishes (casseroles, chicken and dumplings, loved shrimp). They would need own transportation to take her to Dr and to get her hair done. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

About who needs care: Mom's Day: Enjoys Cooking 2 or 3 meals, Enjoys her iPad TV Reading (and Library is block away) Talking with friends on the phone Some Sewing (her hands don't do as much, nowadays) Once a week: Supermarket is just across the street from her building, and could use someone to walk her to supermarket. Walking is good exercise, too. She likes library, which is on the next block and a 5 minute walk. Her doctor is in the building just next door, but for specialists, she needs someone to drive her to doctor's appointment, sometimes. Her hands hurt, so vacuuming is difficult for her. About the care needs: Polite, Kind Should be kind person who doesn't mind sometimes driving or doing light housework. My mom's hands hurt, so she cannot vacuum. Someone who would enjoy walking with my mom. Publix is across the street and the library only a 5 minute walk. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
