Hi there - we have two fun, easygoing, sweet kids - J (5 years old, Kindergarten) and E (7 years old, 2nd grade). My partner and I will be in Tahoe City for a wedding and need childcare at our hotel while we attend the wedding on-site from 4pm-9:30 p.m. or so that evening). TV/movies are totally fine, though hopefully not for the entire 5-6 hour time frame. Bedtime is usually 8:30pm-ish, and we will provide pizza for the kids and you. Let me know if you can help out! We'll have some toys and games for the kids with us, as well.

Looking for a regular sitter for our 9-month-old son or for a nanny share opportunity. Days and times can be somewhat flexible, but our ideal scenario would be to have someone from 9 - 2 (3 days a week) at our home in Carnelian Bay. Could offer more hours if desired. The babysitter we have now, who is so wonderful, is a teacher and headed back to school at the end of August, so we are looking to find someone to help us out after that. Must be okay with dogs. We have 1 very friendly golden retriever who will likely sleep all day. Our son is a super happy, smiley baby who loves having someone play with him and take him on walks. We are an easy going, flexible family who is willing to work with your style of babysitting. Start date can be flexible and can be a short term or long term position depending on what you are looking for.
