Hi I am looking for a live in Nanny to be my back up care provider when I am on call for the hospital, as well as baby sit on weekends that I work, and any emergent sick days.
The candidate will live in my guest home (690 square foot efficiency apartment, with kitchen and full bath, and outside entrance).
I work a one week on and one week off schedule. The week that I work I am an on call for emergencies at the hospital. During the week that I work I need a nanny available to help pick up my son from school, watch him until I get home in the afternoon (typically between 3-4 pm) and on the weekend days ( about 20-25 hours a week), and then to be available /on call the rest of the time that week (no more than 30 minutes away from home) in case I am called into the hospital.
On average I get called in 1-2 times a month.
