I was so excited to have the Merry Maids until I looked around and saw all they missed. I called the office to see how to handke the situation. Carmen was slightly rude and tries to blame me saying "you only wanted 2 hours". Ah no I wanted a fully clean house!!!!!!!! I had to ask them to leave. It was a bad experience. The women missed many things, clearly they didn't know how to clean. Never Again. After a long day I expected to come home to a clean house, not be aggrevated and spoken to rudely.
