really wanted this company to work because they did a great initial cleaning (when they were paid by the hour), but when it came to the weekly cleanings, the staff got less and less detailed and came for shorter and shorter lengths of time each week. I stayed home two days to observe them, including the amount of time they spent (they said they would clean for an hour and 20 minutes each day but on the last day before I fired them they were only here for fifty minutes and one girl of the three girls was only here for 35 minutes). When I asked their boss Precilla about it, she said the girls told her they were there for an hour and 20 minutes! That was a blatened lie because not only did I open the door when they arrived and watch them leave, my security system also supported this! When I politely brought this to Precilla's attention, do you think she apologized or recommended a way to make this right? NO! She text me back with a "take it or leave it" attitude even though I told her I'd pay the full weekly rate as long as her team committed to staying the full one hour and 20 min and do a good job going forward.

They didn't do a good job. On their last day I asked them to vacuum the living room twice because they missed big sections of the room (and I only live in a 600 Sq flat...so not sure how this is even possible). When I mentioned this to Precilla she said it's best that we don't work together anymore. She's absolutely right that we won't and I hope nobody else does either.
