Don't waste your money. You pay top dollar, and expect a clean house, but they don't give their team adequate time to clean your home. They are in and out of the house so fast, and rushing off to the next job. BIG WASTE OF MONEY! I had company coming so I had to finish cleaning/mopping which was super stressful. Especially with twin toddlers on my heals "helping" me.

I paid for the 2 hour cleaning service. I am displeased with my service for 3 primary reasons:

1. They did not say for the full two hours and only stayed for 1 hour and 20 min
2. While they 'cleaned' everything on my list each room was certainly still not up to the standards I would expect for a professional cleaning company. For example: there was still dust behind the toilet and on the toilet paper roll; the oven, fridge, and dishwasher all have streaks on them due to the cleaning; and when I touched the kitchen counter after they apparently cleaned it, it was still cover with dust. When I asked about the dust on the counter they responded that is was the dust settling after cleaning. This is proof to me that the apartment was not sufficiently clean than there was more to be done as the whole reason that I hired a cleaning service was to get rid of the dust. What upsets me is that I paid for more time for them to be able to do these things and it was not done. By the time they asked me if it was sufficiently clean they were already almost out the door.
3. Lastly, My allotted time slot was between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. I began getting calls that they were here to clean my house at 10:20 am, I responded that I would not be available until 12:30; however, they called be again at 11:50 to tell me they are waiting in the leasing office. At which point I was still busy and then had to rush home to meet them and let them in.

The price of the service is $135. While I received a $40 refund for my complaints, $95 is extremely expense for such an amateur cleaning service and all of the stress is has caused me. I will certainly be looking for another service, or just simply doing it myself.

My son paid for a deep clean for Airbnb. He's new in this process which is why I set up the appointment for him to have his home thoroughly cleaned before he opened. I traveled and returned to his home yesterday to find the cabinets still sticky,and walls not wiped down. The laundry area still has spider webs. I knocked most down because I could not take it. My son said, "Mom I didn't know what to check for." YOUR subordinates suggested he get a refund because he didn't even need a deep clean. As a retired Army officer and manager I find this unprofessional. I expected more of your service due to your reviews. In addition, Vincent never received a call back to determine satisfactory service. This is absurd. Please correct deficiences or refund the amount my son Vincent paid your organization.
