I hired them to make ready my home for sale last week. Cons:
Angela Ung, owner, Called and wanted to come in on Sunday...not Monday as we agreed...I let them as I was eager to get my home on market.
She kept putting off giving me an estimate or bid...assurring me she would be much lower than my budget.
Worked 5 hours 9-3 on Sunday, cleaned one bedroom, one room already empty, and wiped down windowsills in dinette area, two baths, straightened padding support under my bed but did not change the linen, ruined a toilet lid cover with a bleach cleaner, wasted time handwashing a LOT of dirty dishes when I told her to load the dishes...did not put those up (in addition, there were about 10 plates, and othet dishes that she got from cabinet and washed because I'm only one who lives here and I use dessert plates or take-out...to run the clock.,,.in short, her two women crew did a standard job...but they left my house in an even bigger mess. Angela was the biggest mess.She was the dishwasher. She also cleaned my stovetop, but left before putting it back together. I am disabled, but had to clean their mess up. Also blocked my toaster oven with knickknacks I had to move to heat my dinner...did not see bag if brown sugar she put on top, so that melted on top of oven.
OUTCOME: Due to their quality of work, I called Angela early Monday am and told her I was going to have to use someone else.
She proceeded to argue with me loudly, and began harassing me with 6 phone calls that day.
Did I mention she wanted a $2,000. deposit leaving a balance of $880....her anger stemmed when I told her I would stop payment on the check and re-issue a payment for work done on Monday. She wanted my credit card number, stating she would not accept cash or check since I stopped payment on that check. I of course, told her no.
I received her invoice today for 6 hours worth of work,..for over $1,000 without providing me the itemized statement I asked for. And the statement said credit card only! I replied to send me itemized statement and her charges were excessive.
Run, don't walk from this company. I doubt they're bonded/insured, may be...but her business behavior was immature, threatening me, and I would not trust them in my home ever.
Will report to BBB.
She called until I had to block her calls...that's not a responsible business owner.

For the past eight months we have had a home under construction. As anyone would know who has built a home, there is a tremendous amount of dust and dirt to contend with. Angelia was at our home on two occasions to minimize the excessive amount of contractors dust that was collecting. The second time she was there it was the day before we moved in. She stayed until 8pm to make certain that every nook and cranny was cleaned. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work. Being the neat freak that I am, I was concerned that the cleaning would not be up to my standards. It surpassed it. I've been using The Cleaning Experts Of East Texas since January 2018. They cleans my rental on a weekly basis and I always get rave reviews from our guests. Additionally, I recently had them clean my own home to get it ready for sale. They were so kind as to work me into their busy schedule and my home has never been cleaner. My glass shower door looks like new and my stove (that had ALOT of buildup on it) now looks like it's barely been used. In preparing to sell 2 houses, Angelia and her team performed a thorough cleaning of each house: cleaned all the rooms, windows, doors, baseboards, walls where needed, bathrooms and kitchen. The Cleaning Experts Of East Texas came in, they spent almost 8 hours on the first cleaning. If you request it, it is called a deep clean. I was amazed. Awesome cleaning service. My family uses this service as a bi weekly/monthly kind of thing for extra cleaning. Our maids have been Myra and Samantha. They're awesome and trust worthy. My mom is generally the type to keep her nose over your shoulders to make sure you get everything is clean enough, but she definitely does not have to with them!

We have a huge cat at home, meaning there's cat fur everywhere!!! They're amazing with cleaning the stench, cat litter and fur. If you have a cat or any pet for that matter, you know how the pain of maintaining them. Never needed a cleaning service before, but it's a small sacrifice. The maids leave the house like there was never a cat to begin with.

They also do a great job with cleaning/sanitizing everything else. I also have really long hair so in my room, dust and hair bunnies everywhere. Samantha knows to always get under my bed for them now lol. Dust free is the best!

So bottom line, we've gone through maybe 4 other services and definitely are sticking with them. Thanks to The Cleaning Experts Of East Texas, our home is spotless.

Angelia and her team at The Cleaning Experts Of East Texas are fantastic! We've had them come to our house a few times now and it is always such a joy to come home to a IMMACULATE house. They do an incredibly great job and are so efficient.
Prior to our last cleaning my husband and I had accidentally spilled red food coloring all over our kitchen while making a cake. It was in the grout, on the walls, everything. We honestly thought we were just going to have to paint over it, but Angelia's team managed to get out all of the stains! It was incredible!

Back in the day, when Bob Barker was the host? I like Drew Carey but I bet it's not the same show without good ol' Bob.

Remember when the people would jump up and down and scream as they ran to each stage after they won the Big Showcase Showdown? I pretty much did that running around my house today after the cleaners left. I swear tears of joy were streaming down my face.
Let me start by saying that scheduling was easy. They were super-flexible to come do a deep clean on our house.
So today happens and they send two people (and the owner came by!) They were only supposed to do the main level of the house but my husband said that upstairs needed done as well (husbands: what can you do?) but in reality, having them do it showed me how badly I clean. Really, our house was just plain disgusting. It's $55/hr per person and worth every gosh darn penny. And I'm not kidding when I say that they left about 1/2 an hour ago. They were determined to do it all in one day!
Here's the kicker: I thought they would deep-clean visible surfaces, sinks, dust, etc. Not only did they do that but they cleaned my FRIDGE, DISHWASHER (and put away the clean dishes inside whaaa??) MICROWAVE, and OVEN. They organized/dusted our SHOES. They even PICKED DEAD LEAVES OFF MY PLANTS. And when I came home from work (they were still going strong) one of the gals was dusting EVERY PIECE OF PAPER AND DETRITUS I HAD ON THE COFFEE TABLE. I stopped her and shoved everything in a bag and apologized to her. (Seriously, she was hand dusting pieces of paper.) Every single surface and object in our house they cleaned--visible or not!
Our master bathroom was straight out of a horror movie. I've tried for years to get the soap scum off of the glass doors of the shower and main tub and they did it in one day. Freaking magic. Plus, we have an incontinent cat that likes to do her business everywhere. I can only imagine the secret pee spots they found..
I didn't tip them enough. I'll be sure to catch up with that when I get the final bill. These guys are the real deal and am signing up for a monthly cleaning!
